Dare I mention REALLY expensive stuff? 
(A) Heck, if I am going to dream of expensive things, I might as well mention my good, honest auto mechanic named Kevin and dream of getting the car transmission fixed. (Model: ford Taurus ’99. Symptoms: damn thing won’t shift past the lowest gear unless you warm up the car for at least 25 minutes first. Kevin broke the news to me that it’s a $750 replacement fee. He’s being generous… rebuilt transmissions often cost more than that.) Kevin already knows who “Elana with the busted transmission” is. He’s ready to call me instantly if some kind of mechanical miracle happens somehow.
(B) I actually have found a VERY helpful therapist who has made a HUGE difference in my ability to cope with the anxiety and horror of cancer like no other therapist I have EVER met. Since this is being placed in my “expensive” section, I might as well ask for an hour or two therapy at 40 bucks a session.
